I would just grab the one rick suggested.... $40 is worth the gamble if you don't end up liking it.

So far they've worked pretty well. The actual K-type probes they provide aren't as accurate as some others I've used, but they're consistent.

So I picked one up from Ebay myself, can't be that bad. And I'll try to get a few good probes.
