See the 3D mark running in the back ground? Most boards are built to this spec already(example MSI military class), you'd be amazed if you tried it(or fryed).
I washed my boards before, after D icing them and all of them started up without a hitch, I scrubbed them with a tooth brush and dish soap then washed them in the dish washer on gentile cycle.

Me too, then I throw them on the shoe rack in the clothes dryer on low heat for a while till dry.
