I'm guessing the relationship will remain pretty much the same. Should be interesting when the Lightning version comes out

Same like the above tests, 1920x1080 4xAA 4xTrSSAA 16xAF
All game settings at Max ( Ultra ) except PostAA which is set to Medium ( high and ultra blurs the image quite a lot due to the nature of FXAA )

GTX 580 @ 800MHz - GDDR5-4096 = min 29fps - avg 43.349fps - max = 66.666fps
GTX 680 @ Stock = min 44.333fps - avg 58.613fps - max = 91fps

52.8% higher minimum FPS
35.2% higher average FPS
36.5% higher max FPS

Thanks BZ, so now there is a single card solution for BF3 with eye candy on .....

Makes you wonder what the GTX780 will do .........

yea me too, my 580's crush BF3 ...... 780's will be great for some global action as well as a long term retirment plan in the gamer ...........

With moving and all have to sit out the 680 global battle .........
