Never hurt you to reduce that intake bro ................

It will cut you back a bit on GPH but those babies pump water like there is no tommorow ..... lots of tubulence across the blocks = great heat disapation

I had a big fat reducer on my intake and was still running strong after 2 years

I kinda like the aproach Rick takes, drop that rad in a cooler of ice water and any pump looks good
