but i don't have such good SB's 2600k, last week i got one that did only 51x, and now i have one that does only 52x with max Bclock of 101.6

That's still not good, need a 54x chip at least

There are lots of OCA members here who bin 2600K including me. 54X is kind of considered rejected, Price of 2600K is higher here in India, so I would suggest you to buy it from any of the OCA mates from US. 54X-55X would be pretty easy to get.
