How soon are you going to buy? I'd say wait until CES. Elpida has been ramping up their new small node memory since the fall. I'd imagine they may launch and show their products at CES?? This is just a shot in the dark unless you want to spend a ton of money on super talents or Adata XPG V2's on amazon.
