nice you have good sticks, thats not too much volts for ram
if its doing the same thing with different chips and boards it must to be the chips or boards
psu and ram are the only possibilities really.
you are using to much vcore for the 980x though stay under 1.5v unless you start tossing icecubes in
acebook
It has been the psu all along...plugged in the Antec and she took off like a rocket. Here is a follow up run to show the first wasnt a fluke.
