XFX 5870 with double lifetime war..on now..Not sure what double really means...?

I see these are still there and have been for over 2 hours..I wonder if TSMC has finally caught up??? It can't just be the price because it's not that bad considering you could sell it on ebay for a 100.00 more even after ebay and paypal fee's.....
