IMHO all these people need to do is treat it like any other mobo and retim the damm thing. Everybody that I've seen stateing that they redid the tim had temps fall by 15 to 20 C. I retimed mine as soon as I got it. The tim they had on there didn't look to bad but why take a chance. Granted a board that costs $450 should be good to go but I've never seen a board that couldn't benifit from a little tender care.
