I may be but that fan only runs when temps are calling it to run like the AsRock E11 ? But if you jumped it out with another power source I geuess that woulkd not come into play anyway

what is the fan size

could you retro a 40MM of this VGA cooler

IDK, but yea there might be a profile for it in the bios. That's a thought.

So I went and started to remove the fan assembly, NOT so easy as it is heat piped to every heat sink on it . So I only hand tightened the screws when I put them back. then went into the bios and adjusted the PCH as you out lined. BOOM working!!!!!
