BTW.... In my bios my CPU is set to 4000Mhz, but because of Turbo it shows 4200Mhz in CPUz. On the ORB it show only 4000Mhz... So can I take it to 4200Mhz in the bios as long as it shows just that on the ORB or do I have to go by CPUz?

No to both, Not what I was asking.... I was more or less asking which one are we going by the ORB, CPUz... or both combined because of turbo mode. The reason I asked is because i'm not sure if i'm actually running at 4.2 just because CPUz says I am, because it says 4.0 in the bios. Still learning all this stuff... still a Noob.
