OK,
No software tweaks, just felling out the bios. Yesterday I tried one of the preset overclocking settings in the bios(no boot). So this AM I went off my memory, not sure why the auto settings really power the voltage on the CPU I think it was around 1.53v witch is way out of whack! Still relearning here......trying to get my hunger back

Nothing spectacular, just wanting to see if this setup is gimped or not as I'm not gonna build around it if it is. Bare in mind this is a fixed board and new memory(same as old stuff). So far so good, I will decrease room temps then good harder eventually...
