I come bearing gifts...again :-D

Ok boys, you should consider yourselves lucky to be able to try my customized benchmarking-oriented Windows :D ( ok, I might be overreacting and exaggerating :D I don't get to talk nice about myself often :D )

Ok! ok! I'll stop mumbling :D

I haven't integrated any CD Keys, so yes, you can legally download these operating systems and try them for free for 30 days without a key or forever just by using your genuine CD Key.

They're in ISO format archived in split RAR files.
Just download the archives and extract the ISO and burn it with a cd/dvd burning application ( Nero, etc ).

The links are interchangeable.

Here we go:

**NOTE**
In the end of the installation you might get an error window, if you get the error just do the following:

DO NOT CLICK OK @ THE ERROR WINDOW/DIALOGUE
1) Press Shift + F10 to open a command prompt window
2) Type CD C:\Windows\System32\OOBE ( and press enter :p: )
3) Type msoobe ( and press enter... :D )
4) Fill up the info ( username, password if you want, timezone, etc ) and click Finish
5) Now in the CMD window again type Audit and hit enter
6) Click OK on both error/warning windows, the system will restart and finish the installation.
You might get an automatic restart in the first boot.

Have fun!

Sweeeet. Thanks. Welcome to the forum too! :D

BenchZowner 08-18-2010 11:49 PM

Thanks bud.
I shall have 1-2 new additions for this thread in a few days.
For the time being the fixed Windows XP x86 release for 3D Mark's latest patches is the only addition ( to the original thread from March )

Sahwing, you read my mind "Hmmmm, wonder if Bill's gonna be pumping out any new os's soon?".

So the new edition 3dxp doesnt have the borked -systeminfo non-sense to it anymore?

Yeap, you no longer get the annoying System Info error.
The new service required by the latest 3D Mark updates is there and the progz work flawlessly.

Hey I tried your Vista and Win7 but its not working for me. It wont finish installing. I forgot what the error was but I can recreate if you care. Both OS give me the same error at the end of installation.

BenchZowner 08-19-2010 02:19 AM

Erm, did you check the full post ?
Because I'm describing the error that occurs and what you have to do to get past it.
Check the post again thoroughly ;)
