Default 32M Low clock challenge (no prizes, just fun) :)

Hey guys wanted to start up an open 32M LCC (low clock challenge). For any who have never participated in a low clock challenge. An LCC is a contest in Super pi 32M (or any particular benchmark) whereby you try to get a score in a certain time/score zone, but at the lowest possible cpu clocks. Hopefully we can all learn something valuable with the experience/observation and improve our superpi efficiency.

For instance in the "10 Minute" timezone, you would want to score 10 minutes xx seconds in superpi 32M at the lowest clock you can. You can improve scores by memory tweaking, os tweaking, overclocking memory, copywaza, etc. So obviously the best way to do this is to score 10 minutes 59.xxx seconds, just squeaking into the timezone. Memory will of course play a cameo role in these comps for 32M, as will tweaking that memory.

I will update this thread as submissions are made. I was thinking 3 categories. i7/i5/i3, Core 2 duo and AMD. Nothing is set in stone so let me know what you guys want. I was thinking 13, 12, 11, 10, 9 and 8 minute timezones for 775, and 7 and 6 additionally for i7. AMD can be from 21 down to 11 or so? I will be starting things off here in the next few days in the i7 category. I may also play in Core 2 Duo since its a really fun platform to tweak.
