thanks guys

If I angle the bot right, I can see it but I can really on;y confidently change clocks, no voltages. I guess I'll rma it, hitting max clocks just ain't the same.

Thanks Hit, much appreciated

This was probably my best run this weekend with the 5870.

I'll post up some more when I get home. Gotta talk with Splig about my poor AM3 outings. 344k at 5.2ghz 1120/1200 seems a bit low.

if you were running similar to those pics, Im thinking to get into the 380s you will need cas 7 and a bit more uncore. Ive got a slammin kit of 2x1gb hypers if you wanna borrow them for a while

@ WD, thanks brother!

@Splig Dude I've tried everything man and I can not get 5ghz with uncore above 16x. Not sure if it's the chip, the board or the ram but I even tried 2 of my Pi 2000's at CAS9 and it still buckled. I think that was my last sesh until the move to the new pad so, if you can come up here in July I'd love to get you on it and see wtf I'm doing wrong. Strong CPU for sure, ran all day Sat and Sun and never failed at 5-5.11ghz under 1.6v. I'm thinking LN2 is pretty key as no voltages make the slightest impact at -65C.

Also, for any DICER's out there....use the Koolance V1 pot if you can find one. With snow and shot of acetone, my temps never went above -55C and would idle between -62C to -67C. wprime, 06....it's a really good DICE pot.

Yeah in reviews the v1 is better than the f1 for DIcing. (of course it all falls down with LN2)

Nice runs man.. Someday I hope to break 30

Thanks Neuro 30k is yours with the right combo. A 920 that repeatedly hits 5+ghz is a must

one of the good ones from my last sesh. Wish I could get higher on the uncore though. And yeah, that's Mushkin 1600mhz ram just under 2000mhz CAS8 1.74v real. Love that sh1t.
