Looking at the specs... for desktop users the 470 looks to be the card to buy. about -10% cuda cores running at +20% speed over the 480 (unless it was a typo in the specs)

For benchers of course. the 480

2 5870s loaded uses less power than a single 470 OMFG


(and looks like like it handles the 480 pretty well on performance wise in games I heard of )

From what I can tell from those reviews.


2x 480 > 5970
480 = 5870
5850 > 470
