Yeah I am going to hit it up here again after I get to the Post office.

Got frustrated with it last night and had to walk away

Yes AHCI and SSD do not play nicely together. Found that out trying to install Vista (Vista seems the drive will let you format it... but will not let you install on it.

Had someone tell me to set tref to like 100 (I was running 8-8-8-24-40) Will give that a whirl tonight.

woo hooo!

224 BCLK booting Vista with HTT enabled. Going to run some stress tests (wprime and such) not for tweaks just for giggles and to test stability

If I can pass 1024 at 4.7 GHz I will be calling hte local repair shop and see if they can perform the mod for me tomorrow

225 BCLK insta freeze in windows so guessing 224 is all I can ask for at 102 PCIE

224 BCLK for 32M wprime submitted no tweaks.

1024M wprime I had to drop to 223 and submitted that too.

Nice 10 boint boost to my score even though i was only running 1-2 MHz faster on BCLK than my old wPrime runs!

Working on this x800Xt right now trying out different softclocking stuff
think ATItray might be best for me.. had a voltage control option but I crashed and rebooted and now its gone :s

So what was the fix to your BLCK problems? Was it the tref increase?

one of the "southern" voltages turned red as soon as I left 1.1v

Turns out it was QPI pll Once I upped it past 1.2v I flew right on up to 215

Needing about 1.3ish for 224 I think

And HDD has not disappeared since I upped the QPI voltage either

Trying to figure out Atitraytools now.. I had it setup, and ATI Overdrive 3 was available which means I had voltage control available I think. I crashed and its been greyed out ever since. Been working on that for the last hour LOL

Might just give up on it and take some shitty x800xt scores and move on to the nVidia bointable stuff

I am done for the night.

Something is buggered all up. Teh CPU score in the 3d benches is approximately 1/8th - 1/10th what it should be.... tried everything except an OS reinstall will give that a shot tomorrow.

wPrime runs fine so must assume I damaged the OS or something playing with tweaks.

Nope I dont think so....

THings like cpu score went from 34K in AM3 down to 3-4K.

Ran 3dMark05. and averaged 1.4/1.4 FPS 4.9 GHz i7 (200 MHz faster) runs 14/15 FPS

Going to flash the drive and geter done.
