I can't believe you brought the points up...

I will take the points even if it does artifact and crunch along....

also, Soups, I can't get past that error in 06....after the firefly run.....

Should have some time this weekend to try the other card...Will have to atleast have the egg send another.. Hopefully one that the fan is not grinding.....

How are you running it right now?
CCC? Afterburner? Riva?
Specifically from boot into os till benchmark run.

I ran the 9.12 drivers..CCC and AB for benching....The card was OK but buggy the first day....I did a few benches....
I am on call so not much constant time until after Christmas....

The second day is when the fan started crunching...Also artifacting at stock speeds.. On the second day i couldn't start the PC in win 7....Some driver issues but also some hardware stuff to....I should have time to switch out the cards on Sat....

There is no way my little benching should have hurt it....I could never get it to run over like 825/1130....

I really should just have waited until after Christmas because of the constant on call stuff but you know how it is...I usually work normal hours except for Christmas and Easter....

The fan was never right..It comes up slow but stops at 58% even on 100% and raises heck.....AB won't work the fan..You can only get it to come up to 58% with CCC

3D06 will not run...The error I mentioned..That could be driver related..Not sure....

I will RMA it and run the other as soon as i can get it in....I need sometime to spend with it..Not 1 hour here 1 there.......

RMA is prolly a good idea. Hard to blame all things on drivers.

I see that the egg has these again and have gone up in price...I still have heard nothing from them on return but it doesn't look like refund will be happening....
