Hey The screws float in the grooves like you say. It's the easiest way to mount a lot of different cards without changing the pots. Will show tomorrow how it looks mounted and with screws so you can see it more detailed.

Thanks The pot shines even more in real than on the pictures. Will take some different ones tomorrow and you'll see they are actually like mirrors
