Think its cause I got a 64 bit system on it and it a socket 775? i'm sure you plan on going with XP32 right? I was OK there with it, was thinking of giving this one to a friend so was running 7 64BIt and wanted to get a few bionts, but no joy. I got one of them beta versions I'm gonna try.

Fount it, my board keeps defaulting till the values are all good for the Over Clock..........ugh!

It's because you can't. Unless it's a XP-M, it's multi locked. You can go down in multi but not up.

i just picked up a 295 and been playing with it, i been testing it around, since i don't have any screen that's big enough for vantage and/or 11 so i been running 06.
and seem like the card locks up at the same spot EVERY time, i tried it with a 8800 and it worked fine.
so i was wondering what does 06 the first test @ 47sec where the guy was hidding behind the box and it locks up right after the dude shoots the box

it ran though everything but that.....

Trying to get hold of another 7970 this weekend for some 7970 CF action on LN2. Also got a 3930K but the EVGA mobo that I arranged has a faulty bios chip sadly, :(....might go with SB benching only....
