Take the latest Setfsb version and try to use from dropdown menu the

ICS9DB108BF or ICS9325208CB what's on those chips on the pics you posted.

Normally it should be there somewhere in the list and should work.
But my best ques is maybe you need clockgen or another program.

for old mobo's is looking for the correct app for that.
