Heck no. I try to stay away from that if I can which this build I could because the connections from the PSU to the extensions are hidden within the case. Not to say I wouldn't if need be. If I were to do it I would do it without heatshrink, clamp the sleeving to the connector. Only had a day or so two build this due to selling the house so I had to get it out quick. Needed a gamer to keep me settled until new house is built which could be anywhere up to a year depending on how fast we sell this one.

Those pictures were perfect, I have not seen that heatsink before, it's nice and according to the pics good temps too.

Yeah I have the same Blue Gskills 2133, I saw your crazy timings but couldn't make out what the speed was, I am imagining that you are not running them at 2133 to get those timings?

Another question, are you worried at all with the extension cables having another break in the connection before it gets to the board/gpu? I always considered doing some custom sleeving on a 24 pin, and on the GPU connectors, but I wasn't sure with having the extra break in there if it would possibly cause any power loss etc...
