Depends on the revision and how you are adjusting voltage
And whether a CPU is fully supported or not. He is using an older version of CPUZ I think. (I know they are at least into 1.56.x versions). Plus it just hit the market. might be slightly different than the 980X.
Or maybe he manually adjusted it not in the BIOS, or is using a manual vcore+ offest style those never read correctly I think (I dont run gigabyte so not sure)
