White stuff is WHITE electric tape (paint on). I had to pull some back to do the mod. The white comes off the board evenly and doesn't leave those little black chunks behind on every little resistor. When I finished I just painted more on.

No small animals were injured but the chipset block plastic has melted plastic angel hair now
