I may not win this competition but my SPI confidence and capabilities are certainly bolstered. It is worth at least that much as I once hated even the name of that benchmark. As it stands now I am even beginning to like the damn thing.

+1 on that, Rick. I have never read up so much on how to spend so few moments of my life. Tons of fun when applying a tweak and it works, but it pisses me off to no end when a "tweak" yeilds no positive results... apparently there are a lot of them.

.... oh, and got a decent run in last night. Will update later when I have time (if I get time) at work. It's supposed to be storm tonight, and I'm a fair-weather bencher, so you guys get a break from my madness for a night... well, unless the weather man is lying to me to give one of you an edge...
