Get a big fan and have it blow directly on the bulk of the card, will keep ice down, paper towels "bounty kind" will be absorbing any liquid, use lots of kneaded eraser and puddy up the PCIe slots like 3 lanes away from the GPU

I put a layer of armaflex tape around the core to seal to the card and fill in the gap.

Yea thats my Classified setup. I'm not on water cooling with the R3E. I don't think they have a block for it yet. I will get one though when they do.
