Let me clarify. Its not illegal according to any law or blah blah blah. The person selling the ES chips is not bound by NDA so they are not violating anything Nothing about benching one of these chips is illegal. Intel may frown upon it... but who cares what intel thinks I obviously chose the wrong word saying "illegal" didnt mean to stir up a hornets nest...

Trust me if it was illegal I certainly wouldnt post it in a semipublic forum which has a police officer as an admin
