thanks men, mods are kinda on kingpincooling but it was kinda hard to understand and interpret them.

Maad yep, thats a short loop, there are 2 on the front of the card as well

Just wanted to be totally certain that it was shorted because these cards act soooo strange, i didnt want to make it worse by having any risks.
