maybe but it aint mine... plus im having issues with it right now... i dont think it likes my jiggabyte.... my boards been a lil funny lately, and i cant be without it right now, so im just kinda cruisin it

tahts why i was planning on replacing it with a 920 D0 and a msi eclipse i got a sweet deal on, but the board i got had fubarred pins

I see that name tossed about a lot lately in places it should not be, and thinking of trying out a ultra budget setup for straight wrecking purposes...

despite what has been done on my setup I really do not like this ASUS board and its the last in a line of ASUS boards I do not like, that perform well. *wow go figure. (Gotta hate the ones you love?)

I really liked Abit, but there quality sucked, they did everythign else right IMHO...

DFI, loves running a chipset till it bleeds. unfortunately the do not seem to sell a board no matter how expensive that can it cool enough.

Biostar... hated it. But gotta give it props. Gave a board that thought need a reflash. Left it sit for 6 months and bedamned if it did not fire right back up...

VIA.. sweet VIA. held my first "sweet rig" (currently running my 3rd, second happened 2 months ago. 35ns at 500MHz ddr. Sweet popping VIA chipset, with a cheap shit hipro 400W "dual rail" psu that I modded to be a single to get my clawhammer replacement to boot after that sweet winnie...

Like old girlfriends that are just so fond in memory...

DFI is great if you dont mind a shitty bios

Asus is great if you just wanna throw it away if it breaks...

EVGA has some sick quality mixed with aesthetics. I wanted to go nVidia for so long, just cause their cards are sick looking as hell. And their warranty program is unsurpassed.
(edit: but I am a DAAMIT guy)
Unfortunately of the green team members that made the jump, only XFX really banged it with the black PCB IIRC. (I mean on a budget board.. ASUS I think has cards at like +50% cost over value with black pcb). Now I am a ghetto bencher so looks do not matter for my perf rig... but I like to build sweet lookign rigs, hell look at that MSI 790FX board... pure sex on silicone. Performance wise? Actually Asus managed (by a small percentage) on that one (somehow) not by loosening PL values thats for sure.. those fuckers screwed me on 775).. followed by MSI (remember their 7900GT disaster?) and Gigabyte.. (remember anything by them? No? Me neither...). Last was DFI... but in their defense.. Wong went to Abit and made them a name... that also failed in the quality department.

DFI bios especially on some of the lan party series board made me wanna hang myself!!!

The DFI LP UT X58-T3EH8 actually has a better BIOS than the Classy I think. Better RAM options too. The only thing wrong with it is the 21 mult issue with Windows 7.
