crio, Formula does a lil better on mems, extreme does a bit better than that but overall my experience the gene is most solid for LN2... especially if going cold on mems.
the extreme board has a weird issue of flat out killing the chip randomly if you get board too cold.... so beware O_o
edit: also watch out for the Giga UD5H as under load it tends to just shut off above 6.1 ish GHz and that too can grenade a chip very fast....
