Definitely not condensation. I was indoors, and although I had them hooked to the chiller at the time of death, I hadn't even turned it on yet for either one of them. I always let the chip/block warm up a little after first installation before first turning the chiller on to let the TIM spread out. I seal the chip in for short term with kneaded eraser, long term Dragon Skin...some paper towel gaskets, and some tight insulation. I've had no condensation problems since building this device.

I have a board installed now, but I'm honestly scared to turn it on. This one is mint...got it from the owner/operator of Rebels Haven Forums. I'd really hate to kill this one. I decided not to pre-test it prior to installation, as that hasn't been working out very well lately.

I don't know I just hope this one works like it should and doesn't have a heart attack and die like the other ones.

EDIT: CB(cold bug)? What exactly do you mean to say about CB?
