Yes kiki the white ports are on the crappy jmicron controller. You should be able to use them with a single disk or a couple variety of RAID likes the paragraph posted. You should be fine just using them for storage drives, but don't expect any decent performance coming from those ports.

To get those to show up, make the jmicron controllers are enabled in BIOS. Also, make sure they are in ide or sata mode.... Sometimes they are set to achi/raid by default.
