that's my thought as well. -30 with the jumper in the left position will CB every time. If you look at the board straight on, it has to be on the right three pins.

Thanks for you help guys but like I said I tried in both positions and even got the manual (me noob) since I didn't remember my self how many times we really moved the jumper. Don't have really too much time to monkey with this in the next few days. All I know at this point that the proven working CPU shows FF as well no matter what I do. If I cant get it to go we will test the CPUs next time when I see master Splave on one of his boards to rule these out.
