I'm still confused on these. Are they ever going to be released or was there only a few made which some how got into the public?

Must be since the ones I have see here in the last few days were no ES chips! Also looking on HWBOT these don't really clock as well as the E8600? Well either way a nice chip and looking forward to the numbers!
