You can get server cases off newegg pretty cheap, thats what I am using for my HTPC right now.
Lascala LC-20 is nice also, needs modding IMHO. If you do go this route make sure to get the one with 2x3 drive 3.5" cages instead of the single 6 bay. This will give you more options.
(I removed my drive cage entirely and modded the front for 2x120 MM fans.)
