I have until tomorrow night to prepare anyways. I talked to the owner on the phone and he thought they had LN2 but they did not. So they are going to get some tomorrow and drop off 30 liters at my house. The owner had his driver going to get just 30 and drop it off, but the driver said you can't because that little tank will be half empty by the time it gets to my house. So he's taking the big tank and then fill the 30 at my house tomorrow about 4-5pm. Which is better I suppose.
I would not use that thermos. They are glass lined , and if pouring coffee into one can cause swelling and glass shattering, I cant imagine what a massive temp swing like LN2 would do.

I love them thermoses but they are fragile.
