Doesnt appear worth it to clock westmere on the E762. RE3 may be the better clocker here. This chip is VERY VERY particular about voltages, anything 1mv out of place and she lets you know right away, UNFORGIVING. First date with 10L was interesting, 2nd date will be the teller as i haven't tweaked the final mhz out of the chip or timings/efficiency yet.

X5677 @ 5709mhz 1.599vCore (-120c CBB, -130ish CB)
vtt 1.34 vdimm 1.78 (this ratio cannot deviate in the slighest)
QPI PLL 1.125 (highly sensitive)
iohVcore 1.125 (highly sensitive)
