I forgot how much, but either they had to lower memory mhz or timings to be stable. I'll try and find that thread.

yes, the i7 chip is very strange with temperature scaling. even tho they will run colder it might cause more instability and less overclock ability to run at the lower temperatures.

makes me burn a lot more LN2 fiddling around with temps :(
