We had one running last year and it sucked all the info out of the forum into the chat box. Chatlogs are not query-able so any troubleshooting or valuable info gets lost. We were almost going to run another chat this year but after healthy debate, decided against it.
We'll be upgrading to vBull4 soon, I'm curious if there will be an integrated chat system developed.
