Looking for some feed back on the use of torques screws on my eVGA vinillas

Last night I was looking for a few more MHz so though I would throw some Freeze on them....

Here I found toques instead of phillips screws, I have no toques drivers and they look like they will strip out way easy ....

Please chime in, are all vendors going that way or just eVGA and if not what brand is still using regular philips screws

Stopping at Home Depot tonight to see if they carry these things
