When your on a tight budget, anything DIY is good. You may be able to find an small old car radiator to suit your purposes.

If you can save the money and go for a cpu pot and some dry ice, you can skip the cost of putting together a water setup. We all know the road you are on is headed for xtreme cooling anyway.
