Damn man, I had a friend who lost his finger cause of his wedding rind. It got infected they had to remove everything to his shoulder.

Down to second knuckle or first?
Second knuckle should leave you with alot more grabbing capability. First knuckles gonna make things a little harder.

Sporting a big toe on the hand, not feelin it. I vote hack with option of prosthetic glove that adds a lil nub so you can grab stuff like beer cans, ln2 bottles etc.
