Sorry about thread hijack, but I found my own way to vmod GTX 285 :-D
So final "modifications" list
Stock VRM:
* VID Vgpu to 1.55V
* Vgpu VRM OVP adjusted
* Vgpu VRM OCP total adjusted
* Vgpu VRM Added capacitors
* Vmemory EN signal assertion NPN removed
* Monitoring chip FAULT pins disconnected from VGA PCB
* Vmemory VRM Vout adjusted by VR
But in the end stock VRM was totally disconnected from card
Extra VRM:
* EVGA The Untouchables board (700+ RAW power, 10channel Volterra VRM + 3channel DrMOS based 100AMP+ VRM)
* Digital controller for setting necessary volts for power
* Lots of thick wires

* Lots of extra tantalum and alu LowESR caps on VGA PCB
5 PCI-E power connectors
Moar mods...
Just pretesting
This with 900MHz GPU and flying high memory 1440MHz BOTH with GPU! Not possible earlier with stock VRM on this card even with -160°C.
