Custom by me. Made out of a Halsey Taylor water cooler. I can get to -20c now, but the recovery time blows. Only made it on a whim and because it cost me near zero. Would really like a SS, but it's slightly over my skill set. I'm not HVAC oriented at all. I do know a few people that are though.
