The best idea I have is the AMD drivers blow, Sold mine a while back but it is my understanding they just recently released a driver that
offically supports XP .......
I had the same problem getting two cards to clock decent while individually they did like 1400, they were unomodded reference cards to boot
My next card purchase looks to be GTX780 Lightning .........
There not released yet ????
