Well, no doubt they feel guilty - gave me a 2011 328 as a loaner, and picked up the tab for the towing. Showed me where a pulley "fell off" causing the belt to fail, supposed to be done tomorrow for only a few hundred... keeping my fingers crossed
just in case, got the name and number or the perfect attorney to handle the job
