I think this might work out for the Euros but not for the US benchers. We have different laws from state to state among other variables. Too many to list. Hell i can't get Airgas from Vermont about 3 miles away from me to deliver. If i want to use Airgas i have to get it from a supplier about 20 miles away. I do however use a supplier thats about 45 miles away, out of New York state and they charge me less for a 230L than Airgas does for a 180L.
