Default Hwbot Image Ranks under usertitles
The guys with 1K, 2K and 3K boints at hwbot now have a rank/badge image under their usertitles indicating their accomplishment of 1K, 2k or 3K boints. I borrowed the image from hwbot and recieved permission from Massman and Richbastard to do so(Thank you).

I think they look good
