4.5 Should be real easy to get. I set mine to 4.475 for a 24/7 OC.

I went in with deliberate max voltages though 1.0v SA, 1.2v IO and 1.3v Vcore.

RAM at 2000 ish 104BCLK * 1866 multiplier.
