As to all the speculation, I believe this is real. Coolaler has one of the largest Asian hardware sites and has connections like all of us would wet ourselves for. Just because #2 is 200mhz away doesnt mean much. There are just freak chips out there.
My teammate slovnaft has a 965 C0 that did close to 5.6Ghz cpu-z... the next closest C0 is like 300+mhz behind. This is just a random retail chip too, no binning whatsoever it was the first he bought. I know he didnt cheat too cuz I was watching him do it at my bench party
So before cheat accusations start flying, really look into things. Once the words are typed they cant be untyped hehe
